Weight Loss Solution

Your weight loss solution can start with something
simple and easy.

If nothing else, decide to drink enough water today
to remain well hydrated. I suggest one quart of water
to every 50 pounds of weight, so if you weighed 150,
that would be three quarts of water a day.

Just doing this, starts you on a path to better health.
It may also help with your weight. And it will
certainly help you feel better about your body that
you are taking a step in the right direction.

Actually a weight loss solution can be a small
change in direction in your life. What is the most
important factor is actually making that change and
taking that first step.

Now, besides the water, how about adding two or three
MORE servings of vegetables in your diet each day? A
serving is one half of a cup usually.

And make some of that raw vegetables, as these have
enzymes and life force in them that your body needs
for optimal health. The more raw, natural food you
eat, the better you will probably feel. So if most of
your vegetables, sprouts and fruits can be raw, you
will see a difference.

Doing that each day could be the weight loss solution
breakthrough that you need to push yourself to a better
diet. Do this for 21 days, and you are reinforcing a
habit, which will serve you in better health and some
weight loss.

Long lasting weight loss is often done slowly, and
becomes a habit in how you eat. This becomes a long
term weight loss solution because you are approaching
food differently.
