Low Fat Diet: Is It Healthy?

What do I think of a low fat diet? Low Fat Diets DO NOT Work...

More people need to aware that you body needs a certain amount
of fats in order to function properly. Your brain needs a certain
amount of fats daily as well. Your thinking will be foggy and your
skin will not be healthy if you are on a very low fat diet.

A certain amount of fat in your diet can even help to lose weight.
Yes, if you are eating some fat and the right kinds of fat, it will
help you lose weight.

People have been trying low fat diets for at least 20 years, and
the amount of people becoming obese is increasing, not decreasing.

So FORGET low fat diets, use something that works with people and
the way the body needs fed its nutrients.
