Exercise when you are wanting to lose weight
is essential.

It helps you look good and it releases
endorphins that helps you feel good and
neutralize stress.

It does not have to be difficult. Start out
with a few minuets of slow stretches while
deep breathing and repeat until that becomes
easy. Do this most days or daily.

Then work up to doing more types of exercise.
