Weight Loss Diet

Your Weight Loss Diet

No matter what weight loss diet you are on, it seems to get
boring after a while, doesn't it?

I suggest that you look at a weight loss diet as not a quick
fix, but a life time plan of better eating.

That way you don't crash diet and loose 30 pounds and then go
back to your normal way of eating and gain back 35 pounds.
I have heard that far too many times.

So choose to eat healthy and the weight loss will be slow, but
sure.

In order to do that, you are going to need a variety of foods
in your diet and use herbs and spices to give your weight loss
diet some zing.

Emphasize the vegetables, especially the dark leafy greens. You
will benefit with taking in fiber and a good serving of minerals
in your diet by including these vegetables.
