Flexibility is extremely important both when you are young
as well as when you are older. Flexibility stretching exercises
can help you with sports, work, and mobility as you age. Here
are some tips to help keep you flexible.

Flexibility stretching exercises don't need to be difficult to
help you become flexible. All it takes is regular exercise each
day or a few times a week.

You can do many great exercises to increase flexibility from the
privacy of your own home or gym. Many flexibility exercises are
low impact and do not require any equipment except a soft floor,
exercise mat or some can be done standing up.

There are also great activities that you can do daily that will
increase your flexibility such as Pilates. This program is from
