Child Weight Loss

Does your child need to lose weight? I suggest that
You never put a child on a weight loss diet without
first seeking Professional advice as this could affect
their growth.

However there is a healthy way to encourage a child to
indirectly lose weight or maintain a healthy weight by
encouraging them to increase their physical activity and
make some important changes to their eating habits.

To have better food choices you need to teach your child
