Weight Loss Diet Tip

If you are a woman with things to do, or a busy man,
do you realize how easy it is to eat standing up and
not really pay attention to what you are eating or the
amount eaten?

My weight loss and diet tip today is to never eat standing
up. It is one of the easiest ways to sabotage your diet
because you 'eat without thinking'.

Treat eating with the respect that it deserves. Fix yourself
a nutritious plate of food. Then sit down and eat properly.
Other things can wait, this time is for you.

Enjoy your food. Look at it, really taste it. Think about
all the nourishment and good health you are going to get
from your food. Eat consciously.
