Fast food for many is a daily routine, but not a good
choice. Many so called "foods" and "fast foods" do not
contain the nutrition you need to be healthy.

Why Is Nutrition Important?

Your nutritional intake is the building blocks for your
body, immune system, glands and organs. Every cell requires
good nutrition. When you don't get good nutrition, your body
suffers, you age quicker, your health will not be what someone
who works at getting good nutrition usually has.

Poor nutrition usually has a high fat, high sugar and high
carbohydrate content, which puts on weight as well.

You need to have a plan to get the essential ingredients everyday.

to get some, but not too much. A good diet (eating style) is not
going to happen unless you are proactive about it.
