Healthy Almond Snack Recipe

Do you want a new snack that is also very healthy?

Have you ever soaked raw almonds and eaten them that way?
They make an excellent nutritious snack, which helps you
stay alkaline. Soaking increases the life force energy as
well – the nut will begin to get ready to sprout.

Just put some raw almonds in a closable container with
water to cover. Store in the fridge overnight. They will
be plumped up the next day.

You can leave them in the refrigerator, just drain off
the water and put in new water each day. Eat within
2 to 3 days.

Eating raw foods every day are good for you and very health
building.
