Overweight And Pregnant

If you are overweight and pregnant or want to become pregnant,
you need to talk to your doctor about a plan that will cut back
on your calories, while not cutting down on your nutrition.

One of the best ways to do this is to cut out junk food, high
sugar and high fat foods and eat pleanty of vegetables, fruits,
whole grain products and some sources of protein. In addition
start some form of exercise, even if it is walking.

Today I have a report for you on the high risk of still births
and of their new born child dying right after birth when a
woman is severely overweight and pregnant
.
