Don't Skip Breakfast

Don't skip breakfast when you're dieting, and don't
go for the convenience of a 'nutrition bar'.

Choose something like a bowl of whole-grain cereal
with fresh berries, melon or peaches. You get the
sugar your body craves, the carbs it needs to run
on, and the added benefit of antioxidant vitamins
to help it stay on track and balanced.

Or you may find that you do better having some
protein in the morning.If so your tipical breakfast
of toast and egg may do. Or go for something different.
I sometimes have leftover vegetable soup that has
some kind of meat in it such as chicken.

What ever you do, don't skip breakfast when on a diet.
Your body needs good nutrition to start out your
day and give you the energy you need.
