Today, I am going to share with you a tip I put
up on my health blog.

Weight Loss Tip

Watch Your Carbohydrates - Perhaps changing your
STYLE of eating, rather than a weight loss diet
is the answer. This will give you a life long
answer to losing weight, rather than a short term
quick fix.

My tip is to use carbohydrates that are slow burning.
This decreases the liklyhood of blood sugar spikes, with
the accompanying insulin surges. It is the excess insulin
that turns to fat.
